Return Policy – GO-OFF

At GO-OFF, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return your order.

Timeframe
You have 30 days after delivery to register your return.

Returns are free of charge.

How to register
Register your return via our contact form. Please include:

• Your order number

• The product you wish to return

• The reason for the return

Terms and Conditions

• If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Please treat the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

• After this notification, you have 14 days to actually return it.

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5business days via the original payment method.
